At Valhalla Tactical, we stand by the durability and craftsmanship of our gear. If your apparel doesn't meet the standards of the modern warrior, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping mailer if possible.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Deployment & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our armory inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
